My first software role was at Colégio Santa Catarina, the school where I had learned to code. I built internal tools for teachers and staff, including an intranet, a raffle application, and an informational application for a school event connected to UNESCO’s Associated Schools Network.

Alongside development, I supported classroom technology and school events. Working directly with the people using those tools taught me to start with their needs and take responsibility for making the whole experience work.
